Catalog description

The Graphic Design Internship provides a professional experiential learning environment beyond the classroom. It is designed to enhance students' skills, professionalism, networking, and ethics centered around equity. It offers an excellent opportunity for graduates to transition from student to practicing professional. ​Multiple enrollments allowed; maximum of 6 credit hours. Students are restricted from using their assignment[s] as contract work for themselves, parents or close relatives. The goal is to help students reach beyond their comfort zone and broaden their experiences. Internships must be graphic design or design related fields which supports student learning. Prerequisites: ART 216, 323
