Computer Systems Hardware II

Catalog description

Students will be provided with the knowledge to install, upgrade, and maintain PC workstations, various operating systems, and SOHO networks. Students will utilize troubleshooting techniques and tools to effectively resolve PC, OS, and network connectivity issues and implement security practices. Student will also learn the basics of good customer service and help center documentation. The course is designed to help prepare the student for the CompTIA A+ Hardware examination.
