Occupational Therapy Professional Leadership and Business

Catalog description

This course provides a general overview of delivering occupational therapy services emphasizing professional business leadership as well as the business aspects of occupational therapy practice and program management. Students identify strategies to improve outcomes and demonstrate understanding of personnel supervision, contractual services, and the regulatory environment. This is a 7-week online format course, with asynchronous instruction, discussions, and assignments. Prerequisite(s): OT 361 .
