Catalog description

In the world of theatre, it is traditionally said that the actor’s job is 90% analysis and 10% performance. This course provides the student with specific scene analytics used to effectively interpret and perform chosen theatrical scripts in a class workshop environment. These higher-level analytical tools include dramatic structure, scene unit breakdowns, characterization and a basic acting technique known as “The 5 W’s”.
