Compensation and Reward Management

Catalog description

This course provides students with an understanding of the many factors that need to be addressed to design and implement an effective total compensation and benefits program. The course is designed to give students a practical understanding of the methods and implications of compensation with a particular focus on analyzing compensation issues and situations facing real-world firms. Students gain a practical understanding of the complexities of reward systems and appreciation of the key ingredients necessary to ensure successful implementation in organizational settings.
