This course is essential for HR professionals who are responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, promoting, and outplacing employees. It is also very crucial for any line managers, supervisors, team leaders, and hiring managers who are involved in recruiting, making promotions, succession, or any other workforce decisions. An examination of the scientific, legal, and administrative issues associated with the recruitment, selection, employment and retention of individuals by organizations augments the study. Specific attention will be given to the current challenges of an increasingly dynamic workplace and diverse workforce.
