Catalog description

This course covers the electro-mechanical system of the heart. It includes basic cardiac anatomy, conduction anatomy and physiology, descriptions of ECG waveforms, and identification of life threatening arrhythmias. Common cardiac conduction defects will be discussed. Pre-requisite(s): High school biology.
