A survey of the basic principles of chemistry and microbiology which relate these disciplines to mortuary science, especially as they pertain to sanitation, disinfection, public health, and embalming practice. The development and use of personal, professional and community hygiene and sanitation practice is encouraged. OPEN ONLY Open only to matriculated Mortuary Science students.
