Honors Composition II

Catalog description

This course will expand on the processes and techniques begun in ENGL 107 Honors Composition I , with additional focus on critical reading, literary analysis, and argumentation. The reading and discussion of a variety of challenging texts, including fiction, non-fiction, poetry and/or drama, digital media and the practice of writing complex rhetorical modes will also be included. Organizational patterns, research and writing techniques, and oral presentation skills studied in Honors Composition I are strengthened and refined.
