Catalog description

This course provides the OSHA 10-hour module “Safety and Health in the Construction Industry” as well as instruction in electrical safety and NFPA 70E. Asbestos awareness is also covered along with instruction in CPR and First Aid. This course, along with the ECMN 140 Labor Relations course provides the New York State Department of Labor Electrician and Electrical Maintenance Technician apprenticeship requirements. OPEN ONLY Open only to matriculated Electrical Construction and Maintenance students.
