Echocardiography I

Catalog description

This course is a study of 2-D imaging, m-mode, doppler, and color doppler of the normal adult heart. Correlation with other cardiac evaluation methods such as the physical exams, EKG, phonocardiology, cardiac catheterization, thallium tests, and stress echocardiography also will be discussed. OPEN ONLY Open only to matriculated Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography students or by permission of department chair.
