Catalog description

This one semester lab-based course is a study of the structure and function of the components of the immune system and how those components are used in experimental and clinical biology. The course will consider those aspects of immunology that are applied to basic science and clinical research as well as clinical diagnostic tools. Pre- or co- requisite(s): BIOL 275 Cell Biology or permission of department chair.
