Catalog description

This course is designed to investigate the relationship of the human community with the natural environment. The human influence upon the earth will be studied in terms of a variety of factors including, but not limited to: economic, social, political, cultural and scientific. Past, current and future trends relative to population, pollution and resource utilization will be investigated. Pre-requisite(s): High school biology and chemistry or equivalent.
