This course is an introductory study of primary oral tissues. Emphasis is placed on the study of microscopic anatomy of tissues of the mouth and embryonic development of face and oral cavity structures. OPEN ONLY Open only to matriculated Dental Hygiene Students. Co-requisite(s): DHYG 105 Tooth Morphology and Occlusion and DHYG 110 Preventive Dentistry I . Pre- or co- requisite(s): BIOL 136 Anatomy and Physiology for Dental Hygiene .
