Christian Education in the African American Church

Catalog description

This course involves an analysis of the unique needs of Christian Education in predominant African American congregations. Special attention is given to understanding the cultural and ethnic currents in the African American community, and to discovering an d introducing Africentric resources. This course meets the Christian Education requirement in the Master of Divinity Program.
