Catalog description
This course provides knowledge of oral andwritten language development of young childrenand the strategies for the development andimplementation of developmentally appropriatelanguage and literacy experiences throughout thecurriculum. The Mississippi Early LearningStandards, Infant-Toddler Standards, InfantToddler Environmental Rating Scale Revised(ITERS-R), and Early Childhood EnvironmentalRating Scale Revised (ECERS-R) are utilized. Activities will be implemented during Practicum.
