Catalog description

This course will examine the various methods used in an Integrated Pest Management program for the prevention or removal of common crop pests in Northern Illinois. Crop scouting guidelines, pesticide management, environmental regulations, and application of control methods will be covered in the course. Much of the course time will be spent outdoors at the Highland Community College Foundation Research plots.
