Emphasizing non-Western cultures, this course focuses on the influences of culture upon individual human behavior, examining factors leading to socio-cultural similarities and differences in action, thought, emotion, personality, and behavioral norms. Also examines how theorists from various cultures differ in their approach to the science of psychology. Meets the university requirement for a Non-Western Cultures course.
