Catalog description

This course provides the opportunity to examine and practice concepts, research, issues and trends in caring for adults with complex health care needs. Emphasis is on the role of the professional nurse in the use of the nursing process with 260 adults experiencing complex health care needs and their families. Course structure includes 3 credits lecture and 3 credits clinical lab. Prerequisite: NURS 36206 Adult Health I.
