This course emphasizes the strategies of teaching mathematics, the planning for teaching mathematics, and mathematical assessment programs. Topics include developing objectives, creating lessons, building units, designing an assessment plan, and appropriate use of manipulatives and technology. Prerequisite: MATH 33804 or program consent.
