Catalog description

The purpose of this course is for the student to experience and learn the practical application of exercise physiology to physical activity, exercise, and training of athletes. Course content includes advanced programming of short-, intermediate-, and long-term training protocols for improving various physical performance outcomes, including cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, hypertrophy, and flexibility.
