Catalog description

This course addresses "real world" issues from both theoretical and practical standpoints for most types of businesses, proprietorship, partnership, and corporation. The specific objectives for the course include the following: 1) financial management of the firm with special emphasis on financial planning, capital budgeting, and cost of capital concepts; 2) an analysis of management aspects relating to the inflow and outflow of capital in business enterprise; and 3) practicing financial decision making through case methods.
