Catalog description

A study of the historical, philosophical, legal, and social foundations of general and special elementary education based on the belief that ALL children can learn. Emphasis will be placed on national standards and state frameworks leading to the formulation of developmentally appropriate practices, curriculum, assessment and environment. Prerequisites: ECED 20203 (EDE 2063) and SPED 30103 (SPE 3013).
