A course that allows the student to explore and develop an understanding of the social and professional context in which computing is done. Topics included are: computing history, professional responsibilities, risks and liabilities, intellectual property, privacy, computer crime, and economic issues. Prerequisite: CSC 3463(CSCE 35103)- Software Engineering.
