Catalog description
Course covering the fundamental techniques used in the biochemistry laboratory. Separation techniques for proteins, nucleic acids, lipids, and carbohydrates as well as enzyme kinetics and other advanced methods will be examined. Three (3) hours of laboratory. Prerequisite: CHM 3073(CHEM 36203). Prerequisite or Corequisite: CHM 4283(CHEM 42133).
