This course will introduce students to the laboratory techniques normally associated with isolation, purification and analysis of organic compounds. Spectroscopic techniques are introduced and incorporated into the course. Experiments are designed to reinforce the concepts presented in the lecture course. Three (3) laboratory hours. Co-requisite: CHM 3063 (CHEM 36053).
