Structure of the Federal Aviation Administration and discussion of the influence of the Civil Aeronautics Administration and the Federal Aviation Agency on present regulatory bodies. Legal concepts concerning aviation as related to operation, contracts, insurance and liability, regulatory statutes, and case law.
