Introduction to Military Leadership

Catalog description

Introduction to principles, responsibilities, techniques of military leadership and problems of leadership in the military environment. Students will learn the basic principles of leadership, counseling, and management skills. Students are introduced to the role and responsibilities of the Army Noncommissioned Officer (NCO). The effective application of communication skills in solving problems and accomplishing various missions is also included.
