General Internship

Catalog description

This course allows students to combine academic credit with professional experience where an accompanying internship course does not already exist. This course will provide students the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills from a planned work experience in a chosen career field, while working with a faculty advisor and a worksite supervisor to set learning objectives related to the workplace and student’s goals. Students must complete 75 work hours for each credit hour earned. Students will need to meet with an academic advisor to register for this course
