Catalog description

This course introduces students to college life at HCC as an honors student with an emphasis on critical thinking, problem solving, oral and written communication, and understanding diversity in a global context. This course also provides students an opportunity to explore specific, timely, complex, and cross-disciplinary course content for the purpose of creating and sharing an original piece of scholarly work. Course content is determined each semester by the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society of the Two Year College study topics.
