Catalog description

Supervised field experience in a variety of settings related to the healthcare field, including educational institutions, governmental agencies, and public and private health care facilities. Students will receive on-the-job experience, in a volunteer or paid capacity, for at least five hours per week (a total of 75 hours per semester equals one internship credit hour) to gain practical skills and experience.
