Small Group Communication

Catalog description

This course introduces students to theories, processes, and practices that enhance collaboration in group decision-making. Students will learn to frame an issue, identify stakeholder concerns, and facilitate discussion in order to create consensus. Topics covered will include power, leadership, group participation, communication processes, and conflict transformation.
