Interpersonal Communication

Catalog description

This course introduces students to the study of communication as it relates to the creation and quality of interpersonal relationships and well-being. Face-to-face communication and relationship skills will be explored, analyzed, and practiced. Covered topics include the communication process, self-awareness, individual agency, interdependence, listening, language, emotional intelligence, and conflict transformation.
