Catalog description

Examines the role of management in organizational success by focusing on the functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Explores how managers make decisions, coordinate work, motivate employees, and evaluate performance in dynamic business environments. Emphasizes ethical behavior, human relations, communication, and problem solving as essential components of effective management practice. Lecture: 3 credits (45 contact hours).
