Catalog description

This course provides registered nurses with essential knowledge and skills in three critical areas of professional practice: delegation, dosage calculation, and clinical decision-making. Learners will explore the RN scope of practice, apply evidence-based critical thinking models, and integrate safe medication and delegation strategies into individualized patient care plans. Designed to enhance confidence and competence, this course supports safe, effective nursing care across diverse healthcare settings.
