Formerly Subs 132 Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and Hawaii State and U.S. Federal laws governing the confidentiality of patients and their records, including 42CFR, Part 2, will be explored, analyzed, and discussed. Emphasis is on treatment and confidentiality of individuals, who abuse or are addicted to alcohol and other drugs.
