Advanced Respiratory Care

Catalog description

Enhanced skills of respiratory therapists in the assessment and management of critically ill adult patients. The Respiratory Care Practice Act, along with therapist-driven protocols, advanced pharmacology, trauma, end of life, palliative care, and ethical and legal issues will be evaluated. All courses designated as an upper division major requirement must be completed with a minimum grade of "C" (or "P") for each course in the major.
