Respiratory Care II

Catalog description

Builds on the principles of Leadership in Respiratory Care I. Students will be utilizing skills learned to specifically lead a Respiratory Care Department. Topics include structures of healthcare organizations, regulatory agencies, funding and billing systems, and strategies for leading a respiratory care department. Students will identify and apply strategic models to analyze problems, formulate solutions, and make sound decisions. All courses designated as an upper division major requirement must be completed with a minimum grade of "C" (or "P") for each course in the major.
