Respiratory Care I

Catalog description

Prepares students for leadership roles in respiratory care. Topics include staff development, respiratory care department structure and services, leadership styles, staffing models, motivation, problem-solving, and communication. Students will examine respiratory departmental leadership roles, requirements, and how to measure department specific performance. All courses designated as an upper division major requirement must be completed with a minimum grade of "C" (or "P") for each course in the major.
