Nontrad Season, Swim and Dive

Catalog description

Designed for the student who wishes to compete at the intercollegiate level and gives experienced swimmers and divers an opportunity to improve skills, fitness levels, and the tactical understanding of swim and dive. Emphasis will be placed on performance in competitive situations during class and participation in California Community College Athletic Association's Nontraditional Season of swim and dive. Students must have a current medical physical on file to participate in nontraditional competitions. CCCAA ByLaw 3.17.1. May be taken up to four times.
