Catalog description

This course presents an introduction to the environmental and economic benefits of controlled environment agriculture (CEA) as well as the relevant scientific principles as they apply to the CEA field, including the areas of aquaponics, hydroponics, vertical farming, etc. The business and management of running a CEA facility will also be introduced.
