This course explores and examines the basic framework for leadership styles focuses on ethical leadership in times of change and crisis through use of case studies and examples. The course examines the behavior of individuals and groups in the modern global settings and concentrates on improving productivity, job satisfaction, team development and continuous improvement practices experiences.
