Catalog description

This course provides students with the mathematical background required for study of Computer Science. Topics include truth tables, symbolic logic, logic circuits, quantifiers, methods of direct, indirect, and inductive proof, set theory, counting principles, combinatorics, the binomial theorem, recursion, and graph theory. Requires MATH 203 with a grade of "C" of higher or permission of instructor.
