Supervised Counsel Intern II

Catalog description

This course is the continuation of Supervised Counseling Internship I. To complete the internship experience, between these courses the student must have 600 hours of clinical experience in the field under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional (240 clock hours must be face-to-face counseling, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant telehealth). Supervision must be once per week. Prerequisite: Must have successfully completed MAC 5300 Supervised Counseling Internship I. 3 hours EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION Special Topics and Advanced Topics courses are offered on occasion to meet special needs of students. These variable credit-hour courses are offered as EAD 5391.
