Mathematics Practicum

Catalog description

Provides experience with teaching and assessment of mathematics (30 clock hours) in an early childhood, elementary classroom, or middle school classroom supported by on-site collaboration with school and University personnel. All candidates must pay for a current fingerprint and background check completed by an approved entity. Results must be on file in the Education 1 hour 225 Department Office before observation hours can begin. Professional Fee. Prerequisite: Admission to the Teacher Education Program. Corequisite: EED 346.
