Catalog description
This is an introductory course instructing the fundamental skills of tennis. Instructional focus includes basic strokes, strategy, rules, scoring, etiquette, practice drills, singles and doubles play and tournament scheduling. Additionally, the course will address the influence of nutrition, health concerns, injury prevention, and strategies for lifelong health and wellness. (CSU/UC) (AA/AS-7B)
