Catalog description
This is a continuation of ES 060B with an emphasis on instructing the advanced skills levels of badminton. Instructional focus includes continuous development of badminton skills, strategic development of opponent in both singles and doubles match play, and tournament and scheduling pairing brackets. Additionally, the course will address the influence of nutrition, health concerns, injury prevention, and strategies for lifelong health and wellness. (CSU/UC) (AA/AS-7B)
