Catalog description

This course provides theoretical and practical training in applied water use efficiency and a foundation in the need for, and major components of, comprehensive water conservation programs. Topics include residential, commercial, and landscape conservation programs; water uses; water budgets; demand management; water audits; Best Management Practices; rate structures; and conservation program design and management. (CSU) ***Principles, practices, and issues involved in designing, implementing, and managing a water conservation program.
