Catalog description
Blending the mathematical topics of sets, whole numbers, numeration, number theory, integers, rational and irrational numbers, measurement, relations, functions and logic. The course will investigate the interrelationships of the above topics using a problem-solving approach. The course will also investigate appropriate use of technology in the classroom. (CSU/UC) (AA/AS-2, CSU-B4, IGETC-2A, Cal-GETC-2)
