Catalog description
This course explores the Bayesian approach to statistical analysis, and its differences and similarities compared to classical methods. Students will learn to conduct Bayesian analysises of data from multiple disciplines, by coding basic and multi-level models in software such as R Stan, or JAGS. Prerequisite: STA-309, STA-310, MAT-355 or STA-335. JONKMAN
